As a third generation real estate agent, James' passion for real estate runs through his veins. It all began at age 8, when he would help his grandfather and father work on restoring rental houses. From then on, he has continued to set goals and push himself to learn and grow with this industry.

Prior to earning his real estate license, James studied and earned his Bachelor's degree in business and entrepreneurship at Washington State University. His four years at the university taught him how to work hard and set attainable goals. He created life-long friendships and gained invaluable new perspectives while working with other like-minded driven students. As a tech-savvy millennial, James has been able to easily understand and flawlessly adapt to the steady and constant advances in technology and uses them to his and his clients' benefit.

ABOUT ME

Although real estate has always been dear to me, I have a unique and diverse background. Through my work in non-profit international projects and event management, I traveled to over 35 countries promoting peace and understanding through athletics, music, and art. In addition, I have extensive training and teaching experience in non-violent communication, mindfulness, and meditation practices. Merging these distinct yet complementary skill sets along with my love of real estate and negotiation has proven to be an effective benefit to my clients overall experience.
